Experience shapes perspective.

With more than 30 years in business as an owner, CEO and senior executive, his perspective is shaped by experience, not the sidelines.

Jitesh has founded, built and led businesses across a range of industries. He was Founder and CEO of The Kuisine Company and The Good Meal Company, where he built a substantial food manufacturing operation producing more than 80,000 meals a day. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director of Multitone Records, which was subsequently acquired by global music group BMG.

That experience gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to grow a business, build a leadership team, navigate periods of change and ultimately create an enterprise that has value beyond its owner.

Working alongside owners.

Today, Jitesh works closely with founders and privately owned businesses, typically in the years leading up to an exit. His role often begins well before a business is ready to go to market — helping owners strengthen performance, reduce dependency, improve management capability, sharpen strategy and address the issues that can ultimately affect valuation or buyer confidence.

When the time is right to sell, he can lead the owner through the exit process — helping position the business, coordinate specialist advisers, engage with potential acquirers, evaluate offers and negotiate towards the strongest possible outcome.

Rather than arriving when a business is already for sale, Jitesh believes the strongest outcomes come from understanding what future buyers will ultimately value and working backwards from there.

Practical. Commercial. Highly engaged.

His style is practical, commercially focused and highly engaged. He works alongside owners as a trusted partner, bringing an independent perspective while remaining firmly focused on the owner’s objectives.

For Jitesh, a successful exit isn’t simply about selling a business. It’s about ensuring that the years spent building it are ultimately reflected in the value the owner realises.
